Real Estate Web Sites
Brokerages and Communities
My most recent project that took time from me every day. A local real estate brokerage that specializes in New Homes in Boise. The site was driven by an underlying application called Open Realty. A PHP based application that allowed real estate offices to showcase and manage their listings, with a very nice administration area.
A community in South West Boise. This was one if the first sites i tried to build purely using CSS. It was a combination of several templates i found on line... why re-invent the wheel right? That seems to be the problem with some designers / developers out there... always cracking on someone who uses a little sample of code. Not me, if its been done already, then im going to get my hands on it. Once i learn it, figure it out, flip it inside out, now i know what to do an wont have to borrow that again.
Another community site. Again using CSS with a 3 column layout. I thought it turned out pretty nice. The site showcases listings that link back to the main site, community information...stuff like that.

This site may look out of position with CSS, but that was my intention. I set everything off to the left or right to give it some appeal. I like the overall colors and look. I did borrow a flash image slide show that i think really works on the floor plans.
Little different layout on this one, very simple. Tried to keep everything in the viewing area without having to scroll. A little flash image transition on the home page, nothing fancy. Also links to the homes buily by Syringa Construction.

Keep em coming everyone
Very fun site, not to mention the training. I redesigned this site with a flash header and transition photos. Flash photo gallery, yes, both of which i borrowed, but customized to fit the site.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training is nothing i can explain. I freaking love it. I have been training since January, then had to sit out 2 months in April due to 2 fractured ribs. Which i didnt know was fractured until i re-fractured them before they were completely healed. Yeah, i know.
A little different "rounded corner" look with the boxes. Summer Lawns and Landscaping was a fun project becuase it entailed some print material. A nice brochure i created for their marketing campaign. Also looking to do some digital signage in their nursery.
